The Silecky Firm, P.C., founded by Markian B. Silecky, has been a constant and reliable part of the Ukrainian legal market since shortly after Ukraine declared independence, consistently providing clients with fully integrated, international legal advice on corporate, banking and financial securities, real estate, communications, energy, environmental law, and mergers and acquisitions, amongst other sectors. For the past four years, The Silecky Firm also provided, through an affiliation, all legal services for clients of a major international firm that chose not to maintain its own Kyiv office during that period.

After a comprehensive analysis of our client’s expanding needs, changes in the Ukrainian legal market and the firm’s ability to continue to provide the quality of service that has been our mainstay, we have determined that joining with a strong, dynamic and growing legal group – that has also had a constant, thriving and highly-respected presence in Ukraine – will be most beneficial to our clients.
